About Mongolia.
My first image of Mongolia was the grass land country, but I have passed in Russia their country grass was very large and wide. So I could not visualize "the grass land country". But I watched hills, dried up rivers, deserts and mountains.

When I entered in Mongolia, my Mongolian image was not good. For example, long time at border, heave rain, the picker, sick, bad road, etc. But after I left from Uraanbaatar, my image was changed. Because I went on a visit to the ger, stayed at Mongolian home. Many Mongolian people gave me a warm greeting.

I thought they had different kindness for travelers. In fact, many Russian people was very kind as same as Japanese. But Mongolian people keep their original mutual assistance. It is to present the tea and foods for travelers. I heard from Japanese guest house "Azusaya" owner "when they left their ger, they prepared foods for visitants old days. Then they didn't lock doors." And I felt their kindness for riders were stronger than for backpackers or toure persons. One reason is they like motorcycle. However, I think there is another one. Because riders are close or similar to their old or unconcious image of travelers.

They built the big empire of Mongolia in the days of Chengjisi Han. But their times buildings are almost nothing, I heard. I think materials are not importanto for Mongolian, thir important things are no materials, cultures or customs. We can't look the wind but we can feel exit of wind. My image of Mongolia and Monglian is the wind, dyr but comfotable wind.
