いよいよバイクの整備を開始。先ずはステムヘッドベアリング交換、 そしてエンジンを開けました。
I requested BMW stuffs to exchange steering bearing and overhaul the engine.

左：ステムヘッド周りの部品を洗浄中。

左：見事に段付き磨耗していたステムヘッド下部で ベアリングを受けていたシール。8年、12万kmもの間、お疲れ様。
右：今度はエンジンに取り掛かりました。さてその結果は・・・

左：ピストンのスカート部には見事な縦傷。
右：スリーブも進行方向前後に確りと傷が・・・

左：完全にバラバラになったエンジン。（赤いのは単なるペンキ跡）
右：荷物満載の影響で曲がり気味な前スプロケット。
Left: Completely disassembled.
Right: Front sprocket cogs were little curved.
