20日にアルマティを出発。アルマティからビシュケクまでは約250kmと比較的 近い。国境では個人アイテムリストもバイクのドキュメント作成も無く、 入国スタンプだけ押されて終了。これまでで最速の約20分でキルギスに入国できた。 正直、拍子抜けしたが、両方の国境では多くの車やバスやトラックが列を連ねて 待機している。これだけ物と人の行き来があれば、迅速に対応しないと 捌ききれないと言うのが実情だろうか。
I left Almaty on Aug 20, and I arrived this evening at Bishkek. The border pass from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan was very easy, it was about 20min. No itemes check and no write papers. At both outside of this border, many cars and trucks and buses were made lines. Many people and baggages are pass through here, so I thought speedy is more priority than checking.

　ビシュケクではバックパッカーの間では有名なサブルベックさんの ゲストハウスに宿泊していました。2年ぐらい前までは日本人宿と なっていたそうですが、現在は南旅館と言うところが日本人宿になっており （日本語を話せたキルギス人の通称「南さん」が独立開業）、 自分の居た頃には日本と欧米のバックパッカーが半々ぐらいでした。 一泊 US$5 、朝食と夕食を食べるとUS$7。その他、外にあるユルト（遊牧民のテント） を利用したり、自分のテントを庭に張ると US$1〜2 で宿泊が可能でした。 場所はドイツ大使館正面向かいにありました。
I stayed at Saburubeck's guest house where is front of German embassay. The price was US$5. But if you want to stay more cheap, you can stay Yurt or your tent in the garden. (US$2) Before two years, only Japanese stayed here. But one stuff he said "Nan-chan" opened his new guest house for Japanese, many countries backpackers stayed here, recently.

　滞在中、今度はバイクでキルギスを強く思うドモンさん、 来年に 京都でゲストハウス開設予定 のオオハシさん夫妻、 目をテーマに写真を撮り続けている ドラマチック政こと山口さん 、 キルギスで日本語を教えているフジイさん、 海外青年協力隊でこちらに来ているキノシタさん＆ヒトスギさん、 同室でバカ話などで盛り上がったフランスからのグレゴリーさん、 何でも興味津々のアメリカからのキャサリンさん、 ウズベキビザで苦労していたオーストラリアからのマイケルさん など、色々な人と楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。
I met many peoples. Domon was student. He wanted to ride a motorcycle and return to again on his one. Oohashi couple will start their geust house in Kyoto 2005. Yamaguchi I called "Doramatic Masa" was semiprofesional cameraman. His theme of photo was "eye". Japanese language teacher "Fujii". Kinoshita and Hitosugi were Japanese supporter for Kyrgyzstan, they worked here. Gregorie was from France, he had an interesting to Japan. Sometimes we talked each other. Casarin from USA had a good intersting feeling about all things. Micheal from Australia had a hard work to take his Uzbekistan VISA. I could spend a good time here.

左：キルギスタンまで来ると、随分と中国系の影響が強くなり、 食事のレパートリーや食材が豊富になってくる。ロシアから来た自分には 嬉しいが、中国から来た人に言わせると、バリエーションが減るらしい。
右：アルマティほどでは無いが、都市なのでロシア系白人の人も多い。 しかし、モンゴロイド系の顔立ちが半分以上を占めている。 ロシアは遠くになりにけり。
Left: There are more kind of foods than Russia. I came from Russia so I'm glad to eat many kind of foods, but frome China travelers are sad because food variations are reduced.
Right: Bishkek is capital city so some Russian Kyrgyzstans live here. But many people are Mongoloid facees.

Left: By the way of Lake Issyk-Kul. I sometimes looked lined poplar trees. I felt Hokkaidou. (Lined poplar trees in Hokkaidou university is famous.)
Center: Lake Issyk-Kul. The surface was blue and brilliant.
Right: By the way of return to Lake Issyk-Kul, I met two Japanese cyclist "Ooiso" and "Mitsuhashi". Mr.Oohashi is riding around the world.
