イスタンブールを離れる日がやって来た。サイクリストの小林さんの見送りを受け、 アジアとヨーロッパが混在するイスタンブールを離れる。フェリーを使った方が安いのだが、 時間と距離を稼ぐ為に行きと同じくボスポラス大橋と高速道路を使う。 途中、サリャンカ (Saranca) にあるサービスエリア (SA) にあるマクドナルドで昼食を摂る事に。 明日16日の夜でラマダンが終了の為か、店内では昼食を摂る家族を随分見られた。 一人寂しくビックマックを食べていたら、一人の男性がコーヒーをご馳走してくれた。 彼の名はエルデン (Erdem) 、自身もバイクに乗っており（ヤマハのXT660）、 ライダーにはコーヒー無料のサービスを行っているとの事。 話をしていると、どうやらこのSAのオーナーらしい。40過ぎで仕事をリタイヤ。 今はSAでの経営の収入と年金を使い、ダイビングにツーリングにと、第二の人生を楽しんでいると言う。 日本では40と言えば働き盛りで寧ろ日々の仕事に疲れてやつれているが、 彼の様な人生もあるのだなぁ、と少し生きる事に対して考えさせられた。
On Nov 13, I left Asia and Europe cross point city "Istanbul" and went to Ankara. In this morning, Japanese cyclist "Mr.Kobayashi" saw off me. The ferry is cheaper than the Bosporus bridge to across Bosporus, but I choiced this bridge for shortcut. The Bosporus bridge joint to highway to Ankara, directly. I stoped Saranca service area at luch time. When I ate hamburger, one man talked me and presented a cup of coffee. His name is Erdem, this shop's owner and drives YAMAHA XT660. He enjoyed his second life. In Japan, his years old persons are working very hard. I thought there are many life style in the world...

　その後、高速道路を走っていたら、地元のライダーがビデオカメラをタンクに乗せて 撮影しながら爆走していたりも。ボル (Bolu) で一度、一般道に降りてから （工事中）、再び高速に乗ってアンカラまで走る。（ボスポラス大橋で約200円、ボルまで約300円、 アンカラまで約100円）アンカラの外周道を走っていると夕日が沈んでいった。 人口1,000人以下の寒村に遷都してから、アンカラは今では人口300万人の首都になった。 その分、現代的なビルが丘陵地帯に乱立しており、概観の魅力は乏しい。 しかし、そんな首都の郊外は今でも寒村であり、キャンプをしたら無数の星が見えるために どれが北極星だか北斗七星だか分からなかった。
After I left Erdem, I looked Turkey riders on the highway. They rode big sports type motorcycles and very very fast! Along the way, this highway was builting in Bolu town area. I used this road again and arrived at the capital city "Ankara" at 4 PM. This city is new one so I looked many modern high buildings. In this day, I camped near Ankara. Out of Ankara was no building. I could watch many stars under the cold night.

　翌朝、朝食を準備している間にバイクのシートを触ると、露と思っていた物が氷の粒であった。 11月に入るとトルコの中央山間部は結構寒い。日中も寒い寒いと言いながら我慢の走り。 夕方には奇妙な岩や地下都市で有名なカッパドキアの中心地点であるギョルメ村に到着。 これまでの道中では、ラマダン明け当日と言うことで殆どの店が閉まっていたが、 流石は世界的観光地。店は全て営業しており、ATMまである始末。「村」と聞いて 寒村をイメージしていた自分は見事に肩透かしを喰らった。日本人旅行者がよく利用する Dream Cave に宿泊。ここで日本から来た女性と夕食を一緒に食べる事に。 同じ年と言う事もあり（某演歌歌手での歌では無いが）、 「人生色々、男も色々、女も色々」あるのだなぁ、と。
Next morning, I checked my motorcycle. I noticed the droplet on the seat was frozen. I recognized Turkey autumn on the end of November is cold! It was cold in the daytime. I was sticking it. Before evening, I arrived Gorme, this village is the center of Cappado cia. Cappado cia is famous of the strange stones and underground cities. This day was last Ramadan day, many shopes were closed. But all shopes in Gorme were opened. And I could find ATM here. My image of Gorme was a local small village, but it was not correct... I stayed "Dream Cave".
