　カシュガルを離れ再びイルケシュタムの国境へ。本来は入国の際に貰うべき 車両の輸入証を受け取り忘れていたのだが、出国側のスタッフが新たに作成して くれて事なきを得る。（3色の色の紙で、一枚は軍の検問に渡す必要がある） キルギスのサルタシュ近くの軍検問で、キルギスビザが無い件でまた文句を 言われるが、10元（約140円）を払って通過。サルタシュの先の峠を越えて 川沿いに道を下っていくと、ドイツから来ている自転車乗りと出会う。
I returned to Irkeshtam border. I did not take my motorcycle import document (3 color papers. We must give one paper to army checkpoint.) but stuff made it. Kyrgyzstan army checkpoint stuff said again "You don't have Kyrgyzstan visa. It is problem.". I explained again Japanese don't need visa for one month... I paied 10 Chinese Yen. After over the mountain pass near Sary-Tash, I met a German cyclist.

　結局、国境越えの日は日没後まで走るもオシュに着けず。グルチャ近くの 峠頂上付近でテントを張る事に。翌日はオシュで休息し、 10日にウズベキスタン国境を目指した。 通過可能な国境が何処か情報が無かった為、オシュの南と北の2箇所へ向かうも 通過できず。結局、オシュの街に近いDostlk（ドストルク）から出国。 人の往来が多くて荷物検査は無かった。何故かカルネを使用するハメに。 ウズベキスタンは綿の輸出が盛んと聞いていたが、フェルガナ盆地では至る所で 綿花畑を見かけた。また、道路の事情がこれまでも良く、自国生産の車が 多く走っていた。ガソリンは品薄気味な上に オクタン価76しかフェルガナ盆地では購入できなかった。
My plan was to go to Osh, but I couldn't arrive here. I camped one place of mountain pass near Gulcha. Next day, I arrived Osh and went to Uzbekistan border on Sep 10. I had no information of border, I went two border of south and north town. Finaly, I went to Dostlk near Osh and entered in Uzbekistan. This border was busy so no check my baggages. But I had to use my Carnet. Uzbekistan don't join Carnet.... I watched many cotton fibers in Fergana basin. Cotton is important export item in Uzbekistan. Road condition was better than befor I passed without China. And I watched many Uzbekistan cars. But I only bought fuell of octane number 76 in Fergana area. Many GS did not open.
